Once we identify, together, the solution that best meets your business needs, we can start your Tools for Talent onboarding.
Step 1: Get access
Once the paperwork is done, it is time to inform us about the user accounts for your company.
To protect the data of candidates and users, these accounts are personal, and all of our platforms use multi-factor authentication. We take care of securely storing your password.
You gain access to our “Competency Scan Online” (CSO) test platform, which you can use for administering tests, inviting candidates and generating reports.
Step 2: Get to know the platform
User of the Pulse solution? Access our online training: optional but highly recommended. The modules provide a mix of tutorials, texts and knowledge checks. Need more support? Quick Guide manuals and support material are at your disposal on our online tool platform.
User of the Expert solution? Expert training is necessary and included in your package. Our training department will contact you to go through the set-up and schedule of your designated training module.
Step 3: Invite candidates
Enter candidate’s details, select the required tools from our product portfolio and draft an invitation message. If you follow these 3 steps, your first invitation can be sent in no time.
Our platform has several features to support the candidate administration, such as:
- Use our smart templates for email messages
- Bulk upload of candidates
- Procedures including fixed selection of exercises
Step 4: Generate your report
You will receive a notification as soon as your candidates have completed their assessments: you will be immediately able to generate the report of your choice on the test platform.
What happens next?
- You can directly access your own user data and statistics on the platform and get more information on your usage of our psychometric tools.
- A dedicated expert consultant will periodically check in with you to make sure everything is running smoothly.
